Kate and her crew have been cleaning our house every other week for over 2 years now. They do a great job and we completely trust them. They even cleaned for us through some major remodeling and were very patient with lots of dust and changing needs as the project progressed. Before Kate we had hired another service and on their first visit, they let out dogs out and left without realizing it. We got 2 sepearte phone calls later in the day that they were roaming the town. Knowing how concerned I was about this, Kate has been great about making sure the dogs are safe and in the house during and after she's finished. This is very important to us!
I love coming home on cleaning days to a fresh house!

Kate is a awesome person that you can trust to clean and take care of your house! She has helped me now with 3 different moves in San Ramon and has always taken the time to help me in emergencies .... such as when the aquarium guy fell and the tank dropped with glass, rocks, sand, and fish all over the stairs! The rates are reasonable!

I hired Kate after having another cleaner for over 8 years. My former cleaners just did less and less till I decided to look for someone else. I looked at many referrals, called and got estimates and decided to hire Kate. First reason: she responded immediately to my call, came over that day to give me an estimate, was extremely communicative about what needed to be done in my house, explained everything fully, and had all her paperwork with her, including her license and insurance, and written estimate and contract. Very impressive! Then, the best part was when they came to clean my house. Kate showed up with two cleaners, showed them around, explained everything. The two women ended up staying here for 5 hours, and cleaned every possible surface that could be cleaned. They got down cobwebs from our 18 ft ceilings that my former cleaners never touched, they wiped down every molding and baseboard, every light-switch plate, every handle, every cabinet. The bathroom, kitchen and floors sparkled. I was absolutely AMAZED and THRILLED with the job they did! This was all included in the flat price Kate quoted me for the initial cleaning. Her price was extremely reasonable, compared to at least 4 other estimates. It is more than I was paying before, but less than some others I called, and absolutely worth every penny. My husband and I are really so excited to have the house so well cared for. Kate is wonderful about following up, checking in to make sure everything is good, and is a great communicator. The women who cleaned were also friendly, lovely, good communicators and extremely hard workers. They also put up with my very vocal dogs with good cheer. I could, (obviously,) go on and on. I highly recommend you give Prestige a try.

Hi there, i have had Kate and her staff cleaning my home for months now, i am very happy with there service. On our first cleaning they went to town, they cleaned everything from the base boards, window seals, walls, and many small requests as well as the regular service. Very open to conversation, i just ask for something specific when they come, and its no problem. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cleaning service.
